How do I check when the service team will be arriving?

We use the latest software to inform you when the crew is starting to head your way. You will get an SMS notification requesting a contact number on which we'll send the exact arrival time within your appointment timeframe.

Will the technician remove his shoes when entering the house?

We care for our client's and workers' safety. Therefore, technicians cannot remove their shoes as they provide them with support when lifting heavy items. Regardless, they will use shoe covers for hygiene purposes.

Can I show more items aside from the initially requested service?

Yes, you may. The technician will then communicate the cost of the extra service. In some cases, we can agree to provide you with a service on another day if the amount of work is considerable.

How many technicians perform the job?

We send two professional technicians for small and medium-sized jobs. For more extensive projects, we send a bigger team of experts.

Can I cancel my service appointment?

FREE cancellation applies 72 hours before the date and time of your service appointment. There is a $350.00 cancellation fee for clients who fail to give a 72-hour advance notice.

What is the cost of an on-site visit?

An on-site visit costs between $250 and $350 within our business service area.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Personal Check and cash payments.

How far in advance does the service need to be scheduled?

We aim to deliver our services within the next few days. Although same-day OR next-day service delivery may be available, we ask you to give us 3 to 5 days' notice, and we will schedule for you. Please provide us with two weeks' notice for larger projects.

How accurate is the price estimate?

While descriptions and pictures provide helpful information, sometimes, they do not fully describe a complete picture. In single cases, an estimate may need to be reconfirmed in person by a professional.

How do you provide an accurate estimate?

For us to provide an accurate estimate, please:

  1. Head over to our quote form.
  2. Enter your full name
  3. Enter the address(es) where the project will take place.
  4. Enter your contact number.
  5. Enter a detailed scope of the project.
  6. Enter the make/brand and model of the product. Providing pictures will be helpful.
  7. Enter the quantity of the product.
  8. Enter your timeline.

Are your estimates/service requests free?

Yes, after you submit the quote form, we will get back to you via email with a tailored solution and an estimate that is FREE of charge.

Are you a licensed and insured company?

Yes. Our company's services are fully licensed and insured.

What is your business service area?

A 75-mile radius of Baltimore, MD, is our business service area. We provide services in Washington, DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania.

We can still arrange a service for you if you plan on a project outside our business service area. Depending on the location and project size, a travel extension fee will be applied.

What are your business hours?

Business hours are from 7 am to 11 pm from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, we are available from 9 am to 7 pm.
